Fall in Love with Coffee: 5 Irresistible Recipes for Autumn

As the leaves turn golden and the air gets crisper, there's no better time to indulge in the warm and comforting flavours of autumn. Welcome the season of cosy sweaters and pumpkin patches with these delightful Moyee coffee recipes, all featuring your favourite Moyee blends. Brew up a cup of autumn magic in the comfort of your home! See here some of our team’s favourite Autumn coffee recipes:

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of your favourite Moyee blend (we prefer Triple or Dark Roast)
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (alternatively nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon powder (for garnish)

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice over low heat. Whisk until well combined and hot (but not boiling).

Brew a shot of your favourite Moyee Blend into a mug.

Pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the coffee.

Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder if desired.

2. Cinnamon Espresso

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of Moyee espresso (tip: best with Double)
  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick + cinnamon powder
  • A dollop of whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

Brew a shot of Moyee espresso into a cup.

Add hot water and a tiny bit of cinnamon and stir.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.

3. Maple Pecan Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of your favourite Moyee blend
  • 1/2 cup of hot milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
  • Chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions:

Brew a shot of your favourite Moyee Blend into a mug.

In a separate container, heat the milk and maple syrup until hot but not boiling.

Pour the maple milk mixture over the coffee.

Garnish with chopped pecans.

4. Apple Cider Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of your favourite Moyee blend (great with the more fruity Single or Double blends)
  • 1/2 cup of hot apple cider
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions:

Brew a shot of your favourite Moyee blend into a mug.

Heat the apple cider until hot (but not boiling).

Pour the hot apple cider over the coffee.

Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel for that extra fall sweetness.

5. Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of your favourite Moyee blend
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream (optional)


Instructions:

Brew a shot of your favourite Moyee Blend into a mug.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, molasses, ground ginger, and ground cinnamon over low heat. Stir until well combined and hot.

Pour the gingerbread milk mixture over the coffee.

Top with whipped cream for that classic gingerbread latte touch.
