REFUND POLICY

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Ā
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (such as coffee or chocolate), sale items or on our gift cards.

If you are eligible for a return, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You shall bear the cost of returning the goods. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Weāll then inspect the returned items to make sure theyĀ are in the original resalable condition and refund the cost of the goods. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Faulty GoodsĀ
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us for a full refund or replacement.
You must notify us by email at hello@moyeecoffee.ieĀ within 7 days of receipt of your goods and weāll send instructions on how to returns the damaged goods.
Goods Under Warranty
We advise you to consult the warranty documentation enclosed withĀ certainĀ coffee machines and brewing equipment. If there is a fault with the product covered under warranty, pleaseĀ contact us on hello@moyeecoffee.ie with more information andĀ we willĀ inform you if the issue is covered by warranty and the steps to take to arrange repair or replacement, if required.Ā
In some cases (such as with Sage Coffee Machines) you may need to contact the product manufacturer directly first, who will authorise a repair or replacement.
