Items needed:
Brewer and Jag (Kinto Oct / Hario V60 / Clever Dripper)
Filter Paper (size 4)
Scale
Kettle
Ground Coffee 15g / 30g
Hot Water 250ml / 500ml

1. Place a filter paper in the brewer and rinse it with hot water
2. After water is drained, place brewer over mug

3. Pour 30g of ground coffee (make sure it settles evenly)

4. Start the timer and pour about 60g of hot water. ( make sure all coffee is wetted and bloom for 30-40 secs)

5. Pour more hot water into the brewer and stop pouring hot water when the scale hits 500g

6. Give a couple of gentle stirs with a spoon
7. Enjoy your coffee!
