Items Needed:
French Press
Scales
Timer
20g coffee
300ml hot water

1. Warm up the French Press by pouring hot water into it. Empty after glass is properly heated


2. Pour 20gs of ground coffee and 300lm of hot water into the French Press, making sure all grounds are wetted
3. Place the lid/plunger on the French Press and allow the coffee to steep for 4 min

4. After 4 minutes, take the lid off and stir

5. Use two spoons to scoop out any foam that has formed on the surface of the coffee
6. Let it extract another 5 mins

7. Slowly push down the plunger (if you push too fast, the coffee might splash all over your table!)

8. Pour and enjoy!
