full fat mascarpone (100 g)
granulated sugar (3 tablespoons)
teaspoon vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
chilled whipping cream (120 ml)
Moyee coffee
ladyfinger biscuits
cocoa powder
Brew your favorite blend of Moyee coffee to the intensity of your liking. (We used the Moyee Double Blend)
Place the ladyfingers in a bowl and soak them in coffee.
In a bowl mix together the mascarpone, whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Place the coffee-soaked ladyfingers in your serving glass and arrange them. Cover it with a layer of cream then repeat the layering. Finish the top with cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder on it.
