The Victoria Arduino Eagle One was created in response to a new generation of cafés where design, performance, and sustainability are not trade-offs — they are non-negotiables. It was built to be the machine for this generation of baristas and café owners: compact enough for any space, smart enough for any menu, and sustainable enough for any environmental commitment.
At its core is NEO technology — New Engine Optimisation. NEO uses an instantaneous heating system that heats only the exact amount of water needed for each extraction, rather than maintaining a large volume of hot water at all times. This keeps productivity and performance constant while significantly improving energy efficiency. Combined with the patented TERS system (which recovers waste water heat to preheat incoming water, saving a further 8% of total energy consumption), the Eagle One delivers serious environmental performance alongside serious espresso performance.
The EasyCream technology is a genuine commercial advantage for busy environments. It automatically froths milk and plant-based beverages to the right temperature and foam consistency, with up to 2 fully customisable recipes. Baristas select the recipe and EasyCream handles the rest — consistently, cup after cup, without manual steaming skill required for every drink. Combined with Cool Touch steam wands (thermally insulated, non-stick coated) the milk workflow is fast, safe, and efficient.
The V.I.S. (Virtual Intelligent Scale) technology uses an AI-based algorithm to digitally estimate and control the exact dose weight in real time — improving workflow consistency and reducing waste without any physical scale needed. The updated touchscreen interface allows up to 9 programmable coffee recipes and 9 EasyCream options, giving a full menu of consistent drinks across any number of baristas and shifts. The Eagle One is also available in five colourways and customisable finishes, including Special Edition versions — making it as much a design statement as a piece of equipment.
NEO is a redesigned engine concept that uses an instantaneous heating system — heating only the volume of water needed for each individual extraction, rather than maintaining a large heated reservoir. This means energy is only consumed when needed, productivity and performance remain constant throughout service, and the machine is more responsive to changes in demand across a shift. For high-footfall environments, NEO delivers consistent espresso from the first cup to the hundredth.
The patented Temperature Energy Recovery System (TERS) captures the heat from waste water discharged during operation and uses it to preheat the fresh water entering the machine. This single system saves 8% of total machine energy consumption — silently, automatically, requiring no barista involvement. It is the same TERS technology used in the Black Eagle Maverick.
EasyCream automatically froths milk and plant-based beverages to the correct temperature and foam consistency for each recipe — cappuccino, flat white, latte, oat milk flat white, whatever your menu requires. Up to 2 fully customisable EasyCream recipes (and 9 on the updated machine) allow cafés to dial in the exact result they want and deliver it consistently without manual steaming expertise for every cup. The Cool Touch steam wands are thermally insulated and coated with non-stick material, preventing scalding and making cleaning faster.
V.I.S. uses an AI-based algorithm to digitally estimate and control the correct cup dose weight in real time — without a physical scale. Set the desired output weight, start the shot, and V.I.S. manages the extraction to hit that target consistently. This improves workflow speed, reduces waste, and maintains extraction consistency across multiple baristas and shifts without adding any hardware or complexity to the machine.
