At its core is a dual stainless steel boiler system — a separate boiler for espresso brewing and for steam — that allows baristas to pull shots and steam milk simultaneously without any temperature compromise. Saturated group heads deliver legendary thermal stability, ensuring that water temperature is perfectly consistent from the first shot to the last, even during the busiest service periods.

Dual PID temperature control lets baristas fine-tune both the brew and steam boiler temperatures electronically — dial in a new single origin, adjust for seasonal changes in a blend, or maintain the exact recipe your team has developed. The machine also connects to the La Marzocco Pro App for remote temperature monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tracking.
