The Eversys Legacy L'2m combines the precision and quality associated with specialty coffee with the ease and consistency of a super automatic platform. Inspired by traditional espresso preparation but engineered for today's workplace and hospitality environments, it delivers premium beverages without the need for dedicated barista staff.
At the centre of the machine is a 24-gram brew chamber and up to four ceramic grinders, allowing operators to offer multiple coffee options while maintaining exceptional grind consistency. Combined with Electronic Milk Texturing (EMT), the Legacy L'2m delivers café-quality milk drinks with repeatable results throughout the day.
Its modern touchscreen interface and compact footprint make it ideal for locations where space is limited but expectations are high. Optional powder containers expand the menu even further, enabling businesses to offer specialty beverages and hot chocolate alongside espresso-based drinks.
Capable of producing up to 175 espressos, 120 cappuccinos and 120 powder-based drinks per hour, the Legacy L'2m is built to satisfy demanding environments while maintaining the quality and consistency expected from Swiss engineering.
