HOW DO COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

Your coffee order is shipped to you as soon you place an order with us. The next month's order will be shipped on the same date a month later i.e. if your first order is on 10th May, month two will be shipped on 10th June and so on. 

We currently do not have a customer login for subscriptions (phase 2!) but please contact us directly if you want to change subscription quantities or any billing details. You can also contact us to pause your subscription or cancel at any time. 

  

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY TIME?

We recommend you use a work address for delivery purposes. We’ve also included a phone number as a required field to make it easier for our delivery people to find you.

 

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER?

As mentioned above, we ask for a contact number so our delivery partners can contact you during delivery. We may also contact you if there are any questions about your order or unexpected delays.

 

WHAT IS THE CORRECT GRIND FOR MY BREWING DEVICE AT HOME?

We currently supply our coffee in Whole Beans or Filter grind. We recommend buying beans and grinding coffee freshly at home but please contact usif you have any questions about the best grind for your home device. 

WHEN WILL MY COFFEE ARRIVE?

Domestic Irish orders and UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an automatic email with a tracking code for your delivery and a more accurate delivery timescale. 

Please along extra time during busy periods, such as in the run up to Christmas. 

International deliveries can take up to 5-10 business days so contact us if you're in a hurry!

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE IRELAND?

Yes, we deliver to UK, Europe and selected countries worldwide. Please see delivery charges and an accurate delivery timescale at checkout. 
 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We make every effort to make sure our products and descriptions are accurate. If you feel the product does not live up to our standards, please contact us at hello@moyeecoffee.ie and we’ll try to rectify your concerns immediately.

 

DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON YOUR SITE OR SERVERS?

No, we take credit card security seriously. We use Stripe and PayPal for online purchases who use encrypted payments to connect with your bank and authorise payments.

 

DO YOU SELL COFFEE AND MACHINES TO OFFICES?
