50-year-old Tedd Karaya has been farming for over 10 years. He employs three permanent workers and hires 15 more during the harvest season. Tedd’s farm is known for its good crops, thanks to his hard work and care for the land. He also helps his community by creating jobs andsharing his farming knowledge with others. For Tedd, farming is more than a job - it’s a way to grow and support both his family and his neighbours.
