How does the Impact Coffee Club work?
The Impact Coffee Club is a coffee subscription from the team at Moyee coffee - shipped every month starting on the 1st of the month. You can choose the coffee flavour(s) you'd like to receive or go for the 'Lucky Dip' option and get a random mix each month. Our coffee is available as Whole Beans or ground for filter - but please contact us if you'd like another grind setting.
When will I receive my Impact Coffee Club box?
The Impact Coffee Club is sent out once a month on/just after the 1st of each month. This means that if you sign up on the 3rd September, you'll get the October box, which is sent out from the 1st October.
How long does the delivery take?
Shipping time within Ireland is within 1-2 working days. UK shipping takes between 2-4 days. International shipping takes 4-8 days. These times may vary at busier times. You will recieve a tracking code to keep an eye on your coffee! If your order is taking longer than these times please drop us a line and and we will find out what's happening with your brew.
What's the difference between Impact Hero & Champion Membership?
Our Impact HeroMembership is a larger subscription and members get 2 x 1kg of coffee delivered each month.
Our Impact Champion Membership is for 1kg (or 4 x 250g) of coffee delivered each month.
Both memberships include a 10% discount on our one-off coffee price; monthly impact updates, bringing you stories and info about our FairChain work in Ethiopia & Kenya and the people behind it; exclusive discounts on brew gear and coffee machines; a members-only Impact Coffee Club newsletter; and first access to our season Moyee microlot coffees.
What are the Monthly Impact Updates?
After joining our Impact Coffee Club, you'll receive a welcome pack in your first box where we share information on our FairChain mission to turn the coffee industry on its head. Read more about that here! Each month you'll then receive an Impact Update where we share stories of the people bringing you your cup of coffee - the farmers, roasters and communities that form part of our 50/50 FairChain partnership. See how our journey unfolds and how you contribute to our work on a Living Income for farmers and roasting at origin. We will deep dive into these stories via our members-only Impact newsletter.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make changes to your subscription, you can login to your Moyee account here. Here you can manage your subscription including pausing or skipping a month, updating your billing info, or changing your shipping or billing address.
Can I add brew equipment or one-off orders to my subscription?
Yes! Drop us a line on hello@moyeecoffee.ie or +353 1 6174840 and we can add coffee equipment, machines, microlot coffees to your subscription
